everything was great here. it's 10 mins walk to the centre. beds just comfortable. we would book again, if travelling to eastbourne.

Such the best experience. The staff were affable, and the bed was comfy. Waterfront Hotel, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the property. Manager is the best ever! We liked excellent breakfast.
